Overview: For various reasons, today’s workforce is increasingly separated by geography, which makes leading employees in other locations an essential topic for many organizations. If not addressed, team members may become separated in focus, communication, and culture. This is an interactive course. Move Your Training Online Rapidly and Painlessly

Duration: 8 hours

Overview: In this interactive session, participants will follow a systematic approach to moving training online after they complete this course. Through a series of practical exercises and demonstration participants will be revise classroom based training and facilitation for the virtual environment. Participants are asked to have a developed classroom based class to work from.

Objectives: Upon completion of this course, participants will be better prepared to:
